Sr. Manuel López (father of project member Pedro López) makes a circuit of the countryside during two days, in the cold part (sikil k'inal) and in the hot part (k'ixin k'inal) of the municipality of Cancuc, to seek, collect, describe and explain the curative properties of some medicinal plants. An interview is also conducted about his life story and his knowledge concerning traditional medicine. |
