| Technical Description | Juan Tenesaca Aguaza talks about his childhood memories of life on the Hacienda Guantug, the harvest, winnowing, roasting and milling of corn and barley. He describes how as young children they were put to work gathering the guano of cows, horses and cuyes to fertilize the crops. He speaks of his teenage sister who worked as a cook in the main hacienda house, and father whose health was destroyed tending cattle in the highlands in all weather.
