DescriptionMr. B'alejunto is talked about, along with his daughter Ladybug and the boy Hummingbird. The girl's father did not want his daughter to marry. A day came when she fell in love with a young man. What happened was that he was poor, while the father of the young woman was rich, as he had many assets. The girl talked with the young man for the first time, and a few days passed and she told her father to show her his land, so he did. The young woman told him to carry his blowgun, and what the girl wanted—well, the father would give her whatever she wanted. She liked the hummingbird and he shot it because it was what she wanted. She took it to her house and she talked to it all night until her father realized. The father arrived in her bedroom, “With whom you are talking?” he said, but he did not find her there. This hurt the father. “What I am going to do is commission someone to come to find her,” said the gentleman. He sent the flea first. It did not find anything because they heard its footfalls. Then he sent the louse, and it had the joy of discovering them. That was when they discovered Ladybug and the Hummingbird King.
