| Description | Our participant describes the promises of the mayor and president. Once they are elected to their position, they no longer carry out. When they are still candidates, they offer several things, they say we are going to give something and then when the time comes they do not carry it out. This is what the COCODEs (Community Councils for Urban and Rural Development) do with the mayor. If they cannot reach agreements between themselves, one will never see improvement in the community, and there is no respect between them, our participant emphasizes. |
