| Description | A description of how to construct a wooden house. One begins with the excavation of the earth, which must be very flat before beginning construction. After, one begins to look for rocks to gather together into a base and the framework. The framework is made by putting together four wooden beams to create a square frame; in each corner of the beams, put up the beams. (The wooden beam is the base and they are planks 5 centimeters thick. They are used as columns in houses. They make up a framework of 4x4 inches, depending on the construction of the house. The rocks are used to prevent rot of the wooden beams.) Leave an opening for the door when placing the planks. For the roof, place a rafter and scissors. Depending on the style of the house (the participant talks about a gable roof style), when the previous steps are finished, place the roof on top, hammer in the laminate, and that's the end of house-building. |
